Job Summary: Support manual tasks on the naval production line, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines, with a focus on assembly, finishing, and vessel maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Contribute to service quality and deadline compliance **Responsibilities:** * Support manual tasks on the production line following supervisor instructions. * Prepare and organize materials, tools, and equipment required for production. * Supply production lines and handle materials correctly. * Assist in assembly, cutting, welding, sanding, and finishing of naval parts and components. * Contribute to the fabrication and assembly of superstructures and hulls. * Assist in maintaining finish paint and vessel accessories. * Support the construction of vessel furniture and components. * Erect scaffolding and ensure proper tool handling. * Ensure continuous production flow, guaranteeing service quality and deadline compliance. * Perform cleaning and basic maintenance of work areas and equipment. * Follow occupational safety guidelines and properly use PPE. * Help identify operational process flaws or improvements. * Collaborate with the team to achieve production targets. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education (high school diploma preferred). * Minimum 6 months of experience in this role and in tool handling. * Ability to work in a team and follow instructions accurately. * Commitment to workplace safety and quality. * Availability to work rotating shifts and overtime, if necessary. **Position Competencies:** * Basic knowledge of welding or cutting tool operation. * Prior experience in heavy industries or the naval sector is desirable. * Proactivity, attention to detail, organizational ability, and compliance with regulations.
