Job Summary: Professional responsible for controlling the entry of people and vehicles, monitoring security systems, and ensuring courteous service in residential or commercial condominiums. Execution of computerized concierge duties in fast-paced routines Salary: R$ 1912.08 \+ Transportation Allowance (VT) \+ Meal Allowance (VR) 24.50 \+ Food Allowance (VA) 193.80\. Work Location: Residential or commercial condominium. Main Responsibilities: * Control vehicle, person, and material entries and exits. * Monitor electronic security systems. * Record entries and exits of residents, visitors, and service providers. * Answer telephones and intercoms. * Provide information and assistance to internal and external public. * Receive packages and correspondence. * Authorize and monitor access for people and vehicles. * Ensure access is granted only to authorized people and vehicles. * Immediately report any suspicious activity and/or behavior. * Public service, ensuring friendly and efficient interaction; * Execute computerized concierge duties using appropriate systems and tools; * Handle fast-paced routines and be prepared for adverse situations; * Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions with residents, visitors, and suppliers; * Demonstrate commitment to the condominium’s established rules and procedures. Requirements: * Strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure quality service to residents and visitors; * Basic computer knowledge for operating access control systems; * Prior experience as a Concierge or in roles involving public service; * Familiarity with and understanding of computerized concierge routines.
