Main Responsibilities: * Control entry and exit of vehicles, people, and materials. * Monitor electronic security systems. * Record entries and exits of residents, visitors, and service providers. * Answer telephones and intercoms. * Serve and provide information to internal and external public. * Receive packages and correspondence. * Authorize and monitor access of people and vehicles. * Ensure access is granted only to authorized people and vehicles. * Immediately report any suspicious activity and/or behavior. * Public service, ensuring friendly and efficient interaction; * Operate computerized concierge systems using appropriate tools and software; * Handle busy routines and be prepared for adverse situations; * Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions with residents, visitors, and suppliers; * Demonstrate commitment to condominium rules and procedures. Requirements: * Strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure high-quality service to residents and visitors; * Basic computer knowledge for operating access control systems; * Prior experience as a Concierge or in roles involving public service; * Familiarity with computerized concierge operations.
