Carry out the daily routine shift checklist. Comply with standards and procedures to meet requirements for internal and external audit approvals. Perform activities related to civil construction tasks, whether corrective or preventive, following company procedures to ensure optimal operation. Perform activities related to painting tasks, whether corrective or preventive, following company procedures to ensure optimal operation. Keep maintenance areas clean and organized. Maintain swimming pool equipment operation, monitoring Total Alkalinity, pH, and Chlorine levels of pool water within their ideal parameters. Monitor consumption items, such as electricity, water, gas, etc., for the property, reviewing daily measurement reports to identify system failures and reduce costs. Accurately complete daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports for managerial oversight. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the property’s machinery, equipment, and tools—whether mechanical, hydraulic installations, gas systems, civil constructions, or others—to ensure optimal operation. Turn on and off the condominium lighting. Respond to requests from apartments and departments, seeking solutions to incidents to ensure satisfaction of both internal and external customers.
