Description

The professional will be responsible for providing direct assistance to residents, supporting daily care activities, promoting comfort, safety, well-being, and quality of life, always with attention, respect, and humanized care. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as personal hygiene, bathing, changing clothes, and using the restroom; * Perform diaper changes and hygiene care while maintaining resident comfort and dignity; * Assist with feeding and hydration, respecting individual instructions and needs; * Accompany residents during walks, recreational activities, medical appointments, and internal transfers; * Observe and report any physical, emotional, or behavioral changes in residents to the responsible team; * Assist with repositioning and positioning of bedridden residents, contributing to injury prevention; * Maintain organization of rooms, personal belongings, and environments used by residents; * Encourage autonomy, socialization, and participation in activities proposed by the residential facility; * Correctly follow routines, protocols, and guidance from the technical team and coordination; * Provide humanized care with patience, empathy, and respect for each resident's individuality. **Expected Profile:** A responsible, patient, committed, and attentive professional with strong communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and ease working in a team. Must demonstrate care, empathy, and respect when attending to elderly individuals, contributing to a safe, organized, and humanized environment.
