Job Summary: The Maricondi Laboratory seeks Biomedical Scientists for clinical analysis, with a focus on diagnostic testing, release and evaluation of test reports, and team supervision. Key Highlights: 1. Perform tests for clinical diagnosis and release of test reports 2. Analyze departmental test reports and conduct quality controls 3. Supervise the department’s work team Maricondi Laboratory has experienced significant growth in recent years, and we are seeking individuals who are eager to learn, collaborate, and explore new paths with us. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform tests for clinical diagnosis; * Release test reports; * Execute and evaluate internal and external quality controls for routine release; * Analyze all test reports from the department; * Complete quality control forms; * Supervise the department’s work team; * Perform related tasks as requested by superiors. **Requirements and Qualifications** Mandatory Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science; * Minimum 6 months’ experience in clinical analysis; * Availability to work rotating shifts, including day and night shifts, to cover vacations across various technical departments. **Additional Information** * Hazardous work allowance: R$ 303.60; * Gympass; * Birthday Day Off; * Meal Allowance: R$ 400.00; * Copayment-based Unimed health plan; * Uniodonto dental plan.
