We seek a professional with strong communication and organizational skills, capable of interacting with clients in a friendly and efficient manner. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Portuguese and English, spoken and written. Reception experience is a plus but not mandatory. We are looking for someone proactive, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Your responsibilities will include greeting clients, scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and assisting with other administrative tasks as needed. Interaction with international clients is frequent, and English-language communication skills are essential to ensure high-quality service.
