Bid Analyst (Technology)

**About the position** We are looking for a Bid Analyst with experience in the technology sector, who will be responsible for managing bidding processes end-to-end, ensuring compliance, strategic alignment, and competitiveness of proposals. This role is strategic for expanding our presence in public accounts and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and business acumen. **Key responsibilities** * Analyze tender documents and identify opportunities aligned with the company’s portfolio * Prepare, review, and organize all documentation required to participate in tenders * Manage the entire tender process (end\-to\-end), including: * Technical and legal review of tender documents * Preparation of commercial and technical proposals * Submission and follow-up via procurement portals (e.g., ComprasNet, BEC) * Support development of pricing and commercial strategies for public tenders * Monitor deadlines, appeals, challenges, and procedural stages * Collaborate with internal departments (sales, technical, finance, legal) * Ensure compliance with applicable legislation (Public Procurement Law) **Mandatory requirements** * Proven experience in public procurement, especially in the technology sector * Hands-on experience creating, analyzing, and participating in tender documents * Experience managing full tender cycles (from analysis through submission) * Familiarity with public procurement platforms * Strong organizational skills, sense of priority, and attention to detail **Preferred qualifications:** * Technical knowledge of systems (software, infrastructure, cloud, etc.) * Experience with IT solutions (e.g., BI, security, backup, ERP, etc.) * Experience with public contracts and post-sales management * Knowledge of the New Public Procurement Law (Law No. 14\.133\/21\) ### **Department:** Sales \- Government
