Actively participate in area improvements and organization **Job Description:** **Position:** Production Process Assistant **Location:** Guararema/SP **Job Responsibilities:** Support the team to efficiently achieve Manufacturing objectives with safety and quality, acting as the Junior Operator’s contact point for metrics established by the Production area. What are we looking for? * Completed High School; * Technical Course (Preferred/Advantageous); * Knowledge of cleaning and organization; * Availability to work on a 6x2 schedule during Shift C; * We seek an innovative individual with strong interpersonal skills who prioritizes the well-being of our end consumers. What would be your main responsibilities? * Replenish materials in the assigned area; request raw materials from warehouse and stores; * Participate in Daily Safety Meetings (DDS) and serve as an active agent of operational safety; * Assist in process production measurements; * Support operators in production according to specifications; * Assist operators during line startup and shutdown; * Assist operators with inventories; * Understand line objectives and deliverables; * Assist in material handling and replenishment; * Escalate deviations, process deviations, or questions to the operator; * Package the correct quantity of product into displays; * Load the correct number of displays into shipping boxes; * Assemble, strap, and label pallets; * Strictly follow quality-established rules: GMP and the HACCP plan; * Follow standard operating procedures for Manufacturing, Quality, and Safety; * Ensure daily area organization and monitor maintenance activities; * Suggest and participate in 5S-related improvements; * Weigh, identify, and dispose of area rejects; * Ensure separation and identification of rework and sweepings in designated areas; * Rotate among workstations; * Perform equipment and area cleaning as directed by the area operator.
