Job Summary: The Logistics Assistant will be responsible for ensuring operational fluidity across receiving, warehousing, and shipping stages, acting as the liaison between inventory and final delivery. We are growing and looking for a Logistics Assistant to join our team! **Main Challenges**: * Inventory management, stocktaking, and goods verification. * Support in delivery route planning and delivery tracking. * Issuance of documents (NF\-e) and communication with suppliers. **Job Objective**: Responsible for ensuring operational fluidity across receiving, warehousing, and shipping stages. The professional will act as a liaison between inventory and final delivery, ensuring inventory accuracy and adherence to distribution timelines with technical excellence and proper document organization. Detailed Responsibilities 1\. Inventory Management and Receiving: * Perform physical verification of goods and equipment against purchase orders and Danfe (Tax Invoice). * Enter data into the management system to track incoming and outgoing items. * Conduct rotating inventories (daily/weekly) to ensure inventory accuracy, identifying and reporting discrepancies. * Monitor critical stock levels (minimum stock) to flag replenishment needs. 2\. Shipping and Transportation Operations: * Pick orders and perform final verification before dispatch. * Assist in logistics route planning, optimizing routes to reduce time and fuel costs. * Issue Outbound Tax Invoices (NF\-e) and other required transport documents. * Monitor cargo tracking in real time, keeping the customer or sales department informed about delivery status. 3\. Asset Maintenance and Organization: * Maintain warehouse layout organization. * Ensure proper storage of food supplies and equipment, complying with safety and preservation standards. **Contract Type:** ***PJ*****. **Work Location: 100% On-site.** Requirements: What we seek? * Completed high school education and computer literacy. * Prior experience in inventory/shipping is desirable. * **Advantages**: Driver's License Category B and experience handling food supplies/equipment.
