




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Administrative Assistant/Registration Agent to provide essential support to the administrative department and customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Support in calendar management and report preparation We seek a proactive, organized Administrative Assistant/Registration Agent with excellent communication skills. You will serve as essential support for the smooth operation of the administrative department, ensuring internal processes and customer service are carried out efficiently and with quality—reflecting the trust and security our brand represents. **Key Responsibilities:** * Customer service (in-person, telephone, and email), answering inquiries, providing information about our products and services, and routing requests to respective departments. * Sales process support: preparing quotations, issuing invoices, and managing deadlines. * Physical and digital document organization and archiving (billing, contracts, etc.). * Office supply and certification device (tokens, cards) inventory control. * Calendar management and meeting scheduling support. * Preparation of simple control reports and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets). * Assistance in sending internal and external communications. * Performing other related administrative tasks as needed. **Requirements and Qualifications:** **Mandatory:** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in administrative or customer service roles. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail). * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Professional demeanor, proactivity, and ability to work collaboratively. **Desirable (Preferred):** * Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Secretarial Studies, or related fields. * Experience with ERP management systems. * Basic knowledge of Digital Certification and its products (e-CNPJ, e-CPF, etc.). * Familiarity with metrics tools and CRM systems. **On-site Position** **Compensation:** Salary (CLT) + Benefits + 13th-month salary + Incentive Plan **Salary Range:** BRL 1,800.00 **Benefits/Rewards:** Bradesco Dental Insurance, Meal Voucher, Transportation Voucher **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Payment: BRL 1,800.00 – BRL 2,000.00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
