Job Summary: The Drive Sales Advisor focuses on customer satisfaction, combining customer service with operational tasks to ensure a fast and secure pickup experience. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on customer satisfaction and building close relationships. 2. Customer service and operational activities (warehousing and delivery). 3. Forklift operation and goods handling in the Drive. **What We Expect From You:** * Completed high school education. * Prior sales experience is considered a plus. * Previous experience in replenishment, warehousing, order picking, goods handling, organization, and delivery—supporting loading of products into customers' vehicles and ensuring a fast, convenient, and secure pickup experience at the store's Drive. * Customer satisfaction orientation. * Valid Brazilian National Driver's License. * Valid forklift operator certification. * Prior forklift operation experience. * SAP system experience is considered a plus. * Availability to work on weekends and holidays. **A Day in the Life of a Drive Sales Advisor:** * Approaches customers, listens to them, and identifies their needs. * Presents solutions, closes sales, and builds close relationships with customers. * After serving the customer, ensures CLB (full\-clean\-labeled) compliance and manages shelf space. * Achieves qualitative and quantitative performance goals. * Operates forklifts and ensures goods handling within the Drive. * Combines customer service with primarily operational responsibilities—including warehousing, order picking, goods handling, organization, and delivery—supporting product loading into customers' vehicles and guaranteeing a fast, convenient, and secure pickup experience at the store's Drive. * Adheres to SESMT regulations and other departmental procedures, prioritizing personal safety, colleagues' safety, and customer safety.
