Job Summary: Professional to operate agricultural tractors, prepare soil, plant crops, harvest, and perform preventive equipment maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Work in compliance with safety regulations and good agricultural practices #### **Responsibilities** * Operate agricultural tractors of various models and power ratings, coupled with different implements (plows, harrows, planters, sprayers, harvesters, etc.). * Perform soil preparation, planting, crop management, harvesting, and transportation of agricultural products, following technical specifications and schedules. * Carry out first-level preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, checking oil, water, fuel levels, and performing lubrication. * Inspect and adjust agricultural implements to ensure proper operation and quality of field operations. * Record operational data, such as hours worked, fuel consumption, cultivated areas, and mechanical incidents. * Report failures and complex maintenance needs to the responsible team and follow safety procedures. * Work in compliance with occupational safety regulations and good agricultural and environmental practices. #### **Requirements** * Proven experience (minimum 2 years) operating medium- and large-size agricultural tractors. * Valid Brazilian National Driver's License (CNH) category C, D, or E. * Solid knowledge of basic mechanics for tractors and agricultural implements. * Experience with precision agriculture systems (GPS, auto-steer) is a plus. * Ability to identify and resolve minor operational and mechanical issues in the field. * Availability to work flexible hours and under varying weather conditions, including nights and weekends. * Completed elementary education. #### **Skills** * Tractor Operation * Basic Agricultural Mechanics * Preventive Maintenance * Heavy Machinery Operation * Technical Manual Reading * Workplace Safety * Implement Operation * Fuel Management * Navigation Systems (GPS) ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Meal Voucher, Performance Bonus, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Wellhub \- Formerly Gympass, Life Insurance, Transportation Allowance, Accommodation, On-site Meals ### **Department:** OPERATIONAL
