Duties include organizing documents, attending to customers and suppliers, managing schedules, preparing reports, and supporting financial and human resources activities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive customers, suppliers, and visitors, directing them and providing information. Answer phone calls, e\-mails, and other forms of communication, responding to inquiries and requests. * Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring easy access to documents. Manage office supply inventory and other items, arranging replenishment when necessary. * Handle e\-mails and internal processes, prepare reports when required; * Monitor administrative deadlines and pending tasks to ensure timely completion; * Use digital systems and tools for data and information management. * Assist in preparing financial control spreadsheets, accounts payable and receivable, invoice issuance, and other related activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School; Technical or Higher Education is a plus; * Prior experience in administrative activities; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and management tools; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organization, proactivity, and attention to detail; * Ability to work collaboratively and handle multiple tasks; * Must reside in the location specified in this job posting. **Additional Information** * Salary: 2146.00 * Meal allowance: R$ 730.00 * Health insurance * Transportation allowance (exclusively for public transportation) * Birthday day off For 28 years, we have been transforming the auction market, connecting individuals and companies to great opportunities with security and excellence.
