If you are organized, have a firm demeanor, and enjoy working with control and security, this may be the ideal opportunity for you. **About the role:** The professional will be responsible for controlling access of people at the construction site entrance, ensuring all identification and safety procedures are strictly followed. **Main responsibilities:** * Control the entry and exit of staff at the construction site; * Register visitors and service providers; * Verify and ensure correct identification of all individuals accessing the site; * Supervise the flow of people, ensuring no staff member enters or exits through unauthorized means; * Ensure compliance with internal and safety regulations; * Support the organization and control of access records; * Act preventively to maintain order and proper functioning of the security gate. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Proven experience as an Access Controller, Security Guard, or in related fields; * Experience managing entry and exit of people and registering visitors; * Basic knowledge of access control and asset security routines; * Experience with turnstiles or access control systems is a plus; * Ability to interact effectively with the public and enforce rules with professionalism and respect; * Good verbal communication skills and professional demeanor; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong sense of responsibility; * Willingness to strictly comply with internal regulations.
