Monitor and track internal departments’ adherence to deadlines and action items related to customer requests; Safeguard the security and confidentiality of operational system access passwords; Comply with company administrative rules and procedures; Maintain confidentiality regarding information and matters related to job duties; Focus on achieving and exceeding established performance targets while respecting defined quality standards.
