Development in an inclusive, respectful, and energizing environment **[Services] Senior Implementation Analyst | Protheus** ========================================================== TOTVS | São Paulo - SP | Hybrid Job Description Role Mission Implement, configure, provide initial support, and evolve TOTVS Protheus solutions, focusing on logistics and back-office processes, ensuring adherence to client business rules, technical delivery quality, operational stability, and high end-user satisfaction. Responsibilities and Duties WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Implementation and Projects \- Execute Protheus implementation projects in back-office and logistics environments; Gather requirements from business areas; Map processes (AS IS / TO BE); Configure system modules according to client needs; Perform integrated testing and user acceptance testing (UAT); Support go-live and environment stabilization. * WMS \- Configure warehouse structures, slotting, picking, packing, sorting, and verification; Configure movement, inventory, and traceability rules; Integrate WMS with inventory, billing, and TMS modules. * TMS \- Configure transportation, freight, rate tables, contracts, and carrier rules; Configure shipping, waybill, and delivery processes; Integrate with WMS, billing, and finance modules. * Quality \- Configure inspection plans; Manage non-conformities; Track batches and inspections; Integrate with inventory and production processes. * TOTVS Weighing \- Implement and configure weighing workflows; Integrate with billing, logistics, and inventory; Automate inbound and outbound transactions. * TOTVS Route Optimization \- Configure route optimization rules; Optimize routes; Integrate with TMS and WMS; Support logistics network design. * Documentation and Support \- Develop functional and technical documentation; Create operational manuals and procedures; Train end users and internal teams; Provide post-implementation support. * Required \- Proven experience with TOTVS Protheus; Solid back-office knowledge; Experience in implementation projects; Logistics process expertise; Protheus module configuration skills; Module integration experience; Functional knowledge of WMS and TMS. Desirable \- ADVPL knowledge; SQL knowledge; Experience with APIs and integrations; Experience with TOTVS Weighing; Experience with TOTVS Route Optimization; Experience with the Quality module.
