Ensure accurate reservation entry and management * Handle the reservation process, manage daily occupancy, and maximize property revenue by contacting customers to offer the best rates and an excellent service experience. Responsibilities and Duties: * Always present guests and intermediary customers with the best available reservation options, aligned with daily conditions and strategies. * Respond to calls or chats following service standards and reservation conversion protocols. * Provide all necessary information to customers at the time of booking. * Ensure accurate reservation entry into the system according to established procedures. * Negotiate group reservations. * Strategically promote additional revenue opportunities during reservations, such as upselling, early check\-in, late check\-out, restaurant services, etc. * Generate leads/opportunities for the commercial/revenue team whenever necessary. * Negotiate group reservations. * Verify availability to open or close sales channels, preventing overbooking.
