We are seeking a Sales Support Intern to assist the commercial area through KPI monitoring, platform updates, and performance analysis support. This position will play a key role in ensuring information quality, supporting decision-making, and continuously improving sales processes. **Your Role** * **Ensure that Sales platforms are always updated with accurate and consistent information;** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ * **Monitor and analyze commercial area performance indicators (KPIs);** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ * **Support the development of analytical reports and results analysis;** --------------------------------------------------------------------------- * **Support the creation, updating, and maintenance of dashboards in Salesforce (SFDC);** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ * **Perform SFDC updates and maintenance whenever necessary;** ---------------------------------------------------------------------- * **Support the Sales Excellence team with daily operational and analytical requests.** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **You Are the Right Candidate If:** * **You are currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Commercial Management, or related fields;** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ * **Basic Excel knowledge** -------------------------------- * **Analytical, organized profile with attention to detail;** ---------------------------------------------------------- * **Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams.** ---------------------------------------------------------- * **You are proactive, dynamic, communicative, organized, enjoy interacting with others, possess a sense of urgency, and are eager to learn and grow.** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **How We Work Together** We believe we create greater impact when we work together rather than apart.
