Job Summary: Grupo Madeiranit is seeking a Logistics Assistant to plan and implement logistics strategies, integrate processes, and optimize the supply chain, ensuring customer satisfaction. We operate more than 25 physical stores across 9 states; 3 distribution centers located in Agudos/SP, Jundiaí/SP, and Itajaí/SC; and an e-commerce platform with nationwide coverage. We are seeking a professional to work as a **Logistics Assistant** at our **Leme\-SP unit!** **What will be this professional's challenge:** * **Strategic Management:** Plan and implement logistics strategies aligned with commercial objectives to optimize the supply chain. * **Integration and Stakeholders:** Collaborate with procurement, sales, and marketing teams to ensure process efficiency and customer satisfaction. * **Performance (KPIs):** Monitor performance indicators, freight costs, and inventory levels to propose continuous improvements. * **Project Management:** Lead the implementation of systems, route optimization, and new logistics processes. * **Partner Relationship Management:** Negotiate contracts and monitor supplier and carrier performance. * **Expansion and Infrastructure:** Support store and distribution center openings by defining layouts, address systems, inventory structures, and freight logistics. * **Standardization and Quality:** Develop and disseminate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and conduct root-cause audits to resolve issues. * **Support and Visits:** Conduct on-site diagnostics at units for technical support and process correction. * **People Development:** Define work routines and deliver training to new and existing teams, focusing on productivity. * **Inventory Control:** Plan and ensure execution of inventory schedules. * **Construction Project Monitoring:** Manage renovation and architectural project timelines related to logistics. * **Innovation and Ethics:** Continuously seek technological solutions and safeguard the company’s strategic information confidentiality. **What are the expected requirements?** * **Education and Experience:** Bachelor’s degree and experience in logistics processes. * **Technical Management:** Knowledge of systems, inventory management, supply chain, and delivery logistics. * **Methodologies:** Familiarity with **Lean Philosophy**, the **5S concept**, and Quality Tools. * **Project Management:** Ability to plan, possess systemic vision, and track performance indicators (KPIs). * **Leadership:** Experience in training, team development, and change management. * **Profile:** Sense of urgency, decision-making ability, assertive communication, and flexibility. **Benefits:** * Health Insurance; * Dental Plan; * Meal Allowance; * Life Insurance; * Study Incentive; * Discounts on medications at Droga Raia and Drogasil pharmacy chains; * Discounts on store products. **Additional Information:** Employment contract under CLT regime; work mode: On-site; **Join this family!** **\#JoinMadeiranit!** Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
