Our mission is to protect and strengthen the bank's results, foster integration across defense lines, and act prospectively and collaboratively with business units—ensuring asset security and the trust of our customers, partners, and shareholders. Work model: Hybrid \- 3 days onsite Unit: Osasco \- SP **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Senior Risk Manager, you will join the Integrated Risk Management department and your main responsibilities will include: * Updating and ensuring adherence to the Corporate Risk Management Methodology, Policies, and Standards. * Leading institutional risk consolidation for regulatory and strategic reports (DLO, Pillar 3, ICAAP, ISE, Reference Form, 20\-F, etc.). * Enabling integrated risk control per business unit (external units). * Coordinating Quality Assurance for records in GRCA, ensuring standardization, quality, and methodological compliance. * Monitoring, reviewing, and consolidating strategic risk indicators: RAS, Recovery and Resolution Plan, and Capital Adequacy. * Acting as focal point for External Units and Controlled Companies, supporting and advising on risk management and regulatory reporting. * Supporting technical discussions with specialist areas and internal forums, promoting methodological alignment and corporate consistency. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Solid experience in corporate risk management, risk appetite, regulatory reporting, and governance. * In-depth knowledge of Central Bank and CMN regulations related to risk and capital. * Proficiency in risk management frameworks (COSO, ISO 31000, etc.). * Strong analytical and complex information consolidation capabilities. * Prior experience in corporate risk, integrated risk, governance, internal controls, or specialized consulting within financial institutions.
