We are seeking a Public Works Engineer at management level to work on medium- and large-scale urban infrastructure projects at a solid company with a consistent portfolio of public contracts and a focus on quality, deadlines, and compliance. * Manage public works from planning through final delivery. * Coordinate field teams, contractors, and suppliers. * Control physical\-financial schedules and progress measurements. * Ensure compliance with technical standards and legal requirements. * Interact with public agencies, oversight bodies, and clients. * Prepare and review reports, action plans, and budgets. * Manage construction risks, safety, and quality. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Active registration with CREA; Minimum of **15 years** of experience in execution and management of public works; Strong experience in pavement construction, pothole repair, asphalt resurfacing, basic sanitation, drainage, highways, and urban infrastructure; Experience in team management, execution planning, progress measurement, and monitoring of public contracts; Proficiency in reading engineering drawings, technical standards, and quality control.
