Ensure implementation of best practices in project management. #### **About the Role:** We are looking for a Senior Projects and Construction Analyst to join our team, responsible for managing and executing infrastructure and construction projects while ensuring quality, adherence to timelines and budgets. The professional will be involved from conception through final delivery, serving as a focal point for coordinating multidisciplinary teams and interfacing with internal and external stakeholders. #### **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage the full lifecycle of construction and infrastructure projects—from planning and scope definition through execution, monitoring, and closure. * Develop and review physical\-financial schedules, detailed budgets, and work plans. * Coordinate internal and external teams (contractors, suppliers, consultants), ensuring effective communication and alignment of objectives. * Conduct technical and financial monitoring of construction works, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, regulatory standards, and quality requirements. * Identify and manage project risks, proposing solutions and mitigation plans. * Prepare progress reports, presentations, and technical documentation for senior management and other stakeholders. * Ensure implementation of best practices in project management and workplace safety at construction sites. * Review and approve service measurements, contract amendments, and claims. * Participate in alignment meetings with clients, suppliers, and regulatory agencies. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. * Proven and solid experience managing medium- and large-scale construction and infrastructure projects. * Advanced knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6\). * Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or similar). * Experience developing and monitoring construction budgets and schedules. * Ability to lead teams and negotiate with suppliers and service providers. * Knowledge of technical standards and regulations applicable to civil construction. * Willingness to travel and visit construction sites. #### **Desirable Qualifications (Preferred):** * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Project Management (PMI, IPMA or similar). * PMP (Project Management Professional) certification. * Familiarity with agile methodologies. * Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) software. * Advanced English proficiency.
