You will have autonomy to lead frontend technical decisions, elevate quality standards, and collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams.** **Responsibilities:** * Build and evolve web applications using React and TypeScript, with emphasis on scalability and maintainability; * Define and maintain frontend architecture standards, componentization, and best practices (folder structures, conventions, linters, etc.); * Implement and evolve an accessible Design System and/or component libraries (a11y); * Ensure high quality through automated testing (unit, integration, and e2e) and disciplined code reviews; * Integrate APIs (REST/GraphQL where applicable), handle authentication/authorization, and manage state; * Optimize front-end performance (Core Web Vitals), UX, reliability, and error handling; * Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design during discovery and delivery, contributing estimates, risk assessments, and decisions; * Mentor team members and support the technical growth of the frontend chapter; * Drive continuous engineering improvements: observability, feature flags, safe releases, and automation. **Requirements:** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. Alternatively, if the degree is in another field, a technology specialization with a minimum of 360 hours is required; * 7\+ years of web development experience with solid expertise in React; * Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6\+) and TypeScript (including advanced typing and best practices). **Consistent experience with:** * Hooks, patterns (composition, container/presentational), performance, and rendering; * State management (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, React Query/TanStack Query or similar); * Modern CSS (Tailwind, CSS\-in\-JS, Styled Components, Sass) and responsiveness; * API consumption, caching, pagination, retry logic, fallbacks, and error handling. **Quality and Engineering:** * Unit/integration testing: Jest/Vitest \+ Testing Library; * E2E testing: Cypress or Playwright; * Standards: ESLint, Prettier, TypeScript strict mode, conventions, and documentation. **Frontend CI/CD experience:** CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, CircleCI or similar); Automated checks (lint/test/typecheck/build); Release and deployment strategies (semver, tags, changelog, feature flags); Experience with Git and PR workflows (review, quality, collaboration). **Nice-to-Have (Differentiators):** Production experience with Next.js (SSR/SSG/ISR) or Vite; Design Systems with Storybook (documentation, tokens, governance); Frontend observability and monitoring (Sentry, Datadog RUM, OpenTelemetry); Frontend security (XSS/CSRF, CSP, OAuth/OIDC, secure token management); Experience with micro\-frontends, Module Federation, or modular architecture; Experience building products with complex workflows, permission models, and compliance focus (common in ECM scenarios). **Benefits:** Attendance Bonus, SESC Membership, Birthday Day Off, Open English, University Partnership Programs, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Meal Voucher
