Employee development and operational cost optimization **Logistics Operations Supervisor** We are seeking a **Logistics Operations Supervisor** to manage and monitor operational routines, ensuring process efficiency, goal achievement, quality, and safety in operations. This professional will be responsible for supervising the team, monitoring performance indicators, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and company standards, contributing to continuous improvement of operational results. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise logistics operations at the unit/terminal, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards; * Monitor and ensure efficient execution of operational processes; * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), developing and implementing action plans when necessary; * Support operational cost management, identifying opportunities for optimization; * Ensure compliance with regulations, internal policies, and Risk Management guidelines; * Guide, develop, and monitor the operational team; * Assign tasks according to operational priorities and demands; * Support recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for employees. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields; Employment type: Full-time Compensation: R$8\.000,00 \- R$10\.000,00 per month Selection question(s): * Our position is under PJ (individual contractor) arrangement; what is your salary expectation? * This position is 100% on-site in Jandira; are you interested?
