With over 18 years of experience, we are part of the nstech ecosystem and have more than 1\.000 employees across Brazil, leveraging technology, innovation, and high performance to transform the country's logistics. ### **Responsibilities and Duties** On a daily basis, you will: * Manage incidents (claims, ombudsman cases, and intrusions) from initiation to closure * Conduct investigations, analyses, and prepare reports * Analyze CCTV footage to support investigations * Execute loading and route departure blitzes * Perform route audits according to PGR * Control vehicle and personnel access (reception) * Conduct patrols and risk-area assessments * Evaluate physical security (Loss and SAT) * Update operational spreadsheets and controls * Manage operational schedules * Update contingency plans and call plans * Audit team release processes * Deliver training to drivers and operational teams * Conduct periodic onboarding and refresher sessions * Prepare managerial and operational reports * Monitor tracking center and response operations ### **Requirements and Qualifications** To be a good fit for us, you must: * Have completed high school * Be 18 years of age or older * Own a personal vehicle * Be willing to travel * Have flexible working hours * Possess an analytical, proactive profile with critical thinking skills ### **Additional Information** **Salary:** R$ 3\.034,35 **Benefits:** * Fuel allowance: R$ 600 Daily travel allowance: R$ 620 **Additional Benefits:** Health insurance Dental insurance Wellhub Zenklub **\#boraserbrklover
