Maintain good relationships with external and internal customers. **Job Title:** PROJECT MANAGEMENT ENGINEER II At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. **:****RESPONSIBILITIES*** Act as the "General Manager" of the project to ensure that project scope requirements are met across a diverse range of projects. * Proactively lead and ensure the detailed development of the Project Charter and accuracy of P\&L across all project phases. * Provide project leadership in accordance with TE's project management policies. * Maintain strong relationships with external and internal customers through prompt communication and participation in regular in-person or virtual meetings. * Define, delineate, and initiate the project. Understand and identify all internal and external requirements. * Plan project work to meet objectives. Collaborate with functional managers to ensure resource availability. * Form and lead the project team. Ensure the team is prepared for Gate reviews. * Execute the project plan to achieve milestones, schedules, KPIs, and the Project Charter. Proactively identify and overcome barriers and obstacles. * Monitor and control. Track, review, and regulate project progress and performance. Proactively prevent schedule delays or budget overruns. * Closure.
