Job Summary: The Project Management Engineer II serves as the general manager of the project, ensuring that requirements and goals are fulfilled across a diverse range of projects, with an emphasis on leadership and communication. Maintain good relationships with external and internal customers. **Job Title:** PROJECT MANAGEMENT ENGINEER II At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. **:****RESPONSIBILITIES*** Act as the "General Manager" of the project to ensure that project scope requirements are met across a diverse range of projects. * Proactively lead and ensure the detailed development of the Project Charter and accuracy of P\&L across all project phases. * Provide project leadership in accordance with TE's project management policies. * Maintain strong relationships with external and internal customers through prompt communication and participation in regular in-person or virtual meetings. * Define, delineate, and initiate the project. Understand and identify all internal and external requirements. * Plan project work to meet objectives. Collaborate with functional managers to ensure resource availability. * Form and lead the project team. Ensure the team is prepared for Gate reviews. * Execute the project plan to achieve milestones, schedules, KPIs, and the Project Charter. Proactively identify and overcome barriers and obstacles. * Monitor and control. Track, review, and regulate project progress and performance. Proactively prevent schedule delays or budget overruns. * Closure. Ensure completion of all project team and key stakeholder activities to formally close the project or phase. * Actively identify and manage risks/responsibilities associated with the project. * Identify and align stakeholders with the Project Charter. * Communicate regularly with the project team and all stakeholders. * Provide regular reports to senior management on key metrics for the project portfolio under your responsibility. * Identify and implement improvements to the project portfolio management process. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or related field (required). * Professional experience in engineering, project management, or related areas. * Advanced English proficiency sufficient to communicate daily with teams outside Brazil. * Demonstrated experience in new product development launches. * Project Management certification preferred: CAPM, PMP, or PgMP from PMI — or — Scrum Master certification from Scrum.org or equivalent. * Strong and broad knowledge of specific Project Management technical tools (e.g., MS Project), as well as general engineering tools. * Willingness to work onsite in Santa Rita do Sapucaí \- MG. * Willingness to travel annually 10% to 20%. **Job Locations:** JOAQUIM MOREIRA CARNEIRO AVENUE \#600 Saint Rita Of Sapucai, Minas Gerais 37540 Brazil **Posting City:** Saint Rita Of Sapucai **Job Country:** Brazil **Travel Required:** 10% to 25% **Requisition ID:** 147267 **Workplace Type:** Onsite **External Careers Page:** Project Management
