Position: **Senior PM** **Remote - PJ** Requirements: **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and manage IT projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies * Plan, execute, and monitor projects to meet deadlines and deliverables * Use Jira for project tracking, task management, and reporting * Coordinate with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution * Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies * Conduct regular status meetings and provide progress reports to management **Requirements** * Experience: 3–4 years in IT project management or similar role * Methodologies: Strong knowledge of Scrum processes and Agile frameworks * Tools: Proficiency in Jira and other project management tools * Languages: Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken) * Strong organizational and communication skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment **Desirable Qualifications** * Experience in software development or IT infrastructure projects * Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMP certification is a plus Benefits * 21 days of paid vacation * Equipment
