Manage risks, budgets, and deadlines ### **Executive Account Consultant** ### **Job Summary** We are seeking an **Executive Account Consultant** to coordinate and oversee projects from briefing to final delivery. This is a strategic role aimed at ensuring alignment among clients, internal teams, and agency objectives, with emphasis on organization, timeline management, budget control, and delivery excellence. At FSB Holding, your excellence builds our reputation—and vice versa. ### **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate and monitor projects from briefing to final delivery * Develop and manage schedules, ensuring deadlines and quality * Ensure alignment among clients, strategic objectives, and internal teams * Manage risks, control budgets, approvals, and deliveries * Facilitate communication across multidisciplinary teams * Manage suppliers and partners * Lead alignment and progress meetings with clients ### **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Advertising and Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields * Prior experience in project management and account executive roles, preferably within agencies * Experience handling media and social media projects, such as advertising client services * Proficiency in project management tools (Trello, Asana, Monday, Notion, or similar) * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and problem-solving capability #### **Location and Work Mode: Vila Madalena – São Paulo (hybrid model)** #### **Travel Availability: No** #### **English Proficiency: No** #### **This position is also open to persons with disabilities (PCD)** #### **Fluig ID: 945291
