




Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring workplace safety through inspections, training, development of prevention programs, and accident investigations. Key Highlights: 1. Interaction with regulatory agencies and representation of the company Main Responsibilities: * Ensure compliance with safety regulations. * Conduct safety inspections, analyze and respond to security incidents. * Train employees on safety practices. * Develop and implement occupational risk prevention programs (PPRA, PCMSO, and PGR). * Investigate workplace accidents and recommend corrective actions. * Issue technical reports and incident reports. * Manage waste handling. * Advise on proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Oversee PCMSO and PGR in coordination with third-party service providers. * Interact with regulatory agencies and represent the company on occupational safety matters. * Strong communication skills for interacting with various hierarchical levels; * Proactive, organized profile with a preventive mindset. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed High School education. * Technical Course in Occupational Safety. * Professional registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE). * Proven experience in this role.
