Job Summary: An Occupational Safety professional to serve as a technical reference in HSE, manage the HSE team, ensure legal compliance, and promote a prevention culture in infrastructure projects. Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across all operational areas **About the Company** G5 Engenharia is a consulting, engineering design, and project implementation management firm specializing in infrastructure projects, primarily serving the energy, mining, industrial, and transportation sectors. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Experience with industrial processes; * Serve as a technical reference in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) for the company’s contracts and projects; * Manage the HSE team, promoting technical development, alignment of priorities, delivery tracking, and strengthening of the prevention culture; * Ensure legal and regulatory compliance (Brazilian Regulatory Norms [NRs] and other applicable legislation) across all operational areas; * Manage documentation on client platforms and internal controls; * Monitor field activities to ensure no exposure to risks and to promote preventive actions; * Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and incident investigations; * Control and manage PPE (inventory, data sheets, traceability, and technical suitability); * Interface with occupational health service providers and ensure documentary compliance; * Train and guide employees and leadership on regulations, processes, and best practices; **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety; * Active registration with the Brazilian Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE); * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Occupational Health and Safety; * Field activity monitoring experience; * Solid knowledge of Brazilian Regulatory Norms (NRs); * Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office proficiency. * Willingness to travel * Driver's license, Category B * Strong teamwork and field communication skills Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Education allowance * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
