Job Summary: An occupational safety professional responsible for inspecting, identifying hazards, promoting accident prevention, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Guide and raise awareness among employees ✓ Conduct daily inspections at the company to detect, record, and rectify unsafe conditions in the work environment, as well as guide employees on observing safety regulations, correct procedures, and proper use of tools, machinery, and various equipment. ✓ Verify employees' use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), advising them about risks associated with non-use. ✓ Identify hazards in work processes and propose improvement alternatives to prevent accidents. ✓ Ensure implementation and application of safety procedures by providing technical support to all factory departments regarding occupational safety. ✓ Promote activities aimed at guiding, informing, and raising workers' awareness for preventing occupational accidents and diseases. ✓ Maintain the fire protection system, including distributing fire extinguishers, testing pumps, testing alarms, monitoring recharge expiration dates, and arranging external inspections to ensure the system remains fully operational during emergencies. ✓ Maintain continuous interaction with the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA). ✓ Monitor safety and health targets, indicators, and results. ✓ Prepare or participate in preparing the risk inventory. ✓ Monitor implementation of the Risk Management Program (PGR) action plan. ✓ Prepare work permits and supervise execution of high-risk tasks, guiding employees to avoid accidents. ✓ Draft internal occupational safety rules and procedures to guide employees during activities and ensure compliance with legal requirements. ✓ Immediately propose suspension of activities and adoption of corrective and/or control measures upon identifying work conditions or situations associated with serious and imminent risks to workers' safety or health. ✓ Lead or assist in investigations of occupational accidents and diseases, in accordance with the PGR. ✓ Complete the PPP form when required, compiling employee data. ✓ Assume technical responsibility for guidance on compliance with applicable NRs (Regulatory Standards) related to the company's activities.
