Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to solve complex problems and manage conflicts. Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master. * **Key Responsibilities:** Delivery Lifecycle Management: Oversee from planning through final implementation, defining workflows and stages. Impediment Removal: Proactively identify and remove obstacles hindering team productivity (e.g., lack of clarity, technical issues). Risk and Scope Management: Monitor risks, manage scope to prevent deviations, and adjust planning as needed. Stakeholder Relationship Management: Communicate\-with clients and stakeholders, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction. Leadership and Coaching: Foster a motivated and collaborative team, promote agile practices, and mentor team members. Agile Methodologies: Serve as the custodian of the methodology and agent of change and evolution in the company's agile practices. * **Location:** Av.
