Job Summary: A professional to lead the delivery lifecycle management, remove impediments, and foster agile practices within the team, with a focus on risk management and stakeholder relationship management. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in managing the delivery lifecycle and removing impediments. 2. Custodian of the methodology and agent of change in agile practices. 3. Strong expertise in risk management and stakeholder relationship management. * **Education:** Degree in Computer Science or related fields. * **Prior experience** in project or product management, preferably in technology. Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to solve complex problems and manage conflicts. Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master. * **Key Responsibilities:** Delivery Lifecycle Management: Oversee from planning through final implementation, defining workflows and stages. Impediment Removal: Proactively identify and remove obstacles hindering team productivity (e.g., lack of clarity, technical issues). Risk and Scope Management: Monitor risks, manage scope to prevent deviations, and adjust planning as needed. Stakeholder Relationship Management: Communicate\-with clients and stakeholders, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction. Leadership and Coaching: Foster a motivated and collaborative team, promote agile practices, and mentor team members. Agile Methodologies: Serve as the custodian of the methodology and agent of change and evolution in the company's agile practices. * **Location:** Av.
