Apply now!!! **Responsibilities and Duties** Managing the technical-contractual aspects of construction projects in direct interface with project management companies. The professional will be responsible for centralizing technical and contractual communication between the construction company and the project management firm, ensuring structured responses to weekly project-related requests—including technical, commercial, and legal aspects. Main Responsibilities * Serving as the focal point between P4 Construction Company and the project management firm; * Analyzing and responding to technical and contractual observations submitted by the project management firm; * Consolidating technical information from site teams; * Preparing formal technical and contractual responses; * Supporting the management of claims, notices, and contractual records; * Monitoring contractual pending items, deadlines, and parties' responsibilities; * Participating in technical and strategic meetings with the project management firm; * Supporting senior management in managing contractual risks associated with construction projects; * Organizing and structuring technical and contractual documentation for construction projects. **Requirements and Qualifications** Experience in construction contract management. **Additional Information** AMIL Health Insurance; Dental Insurance; SWILE Benefits Card; Life Insurance; Totalpass.
