Job Summary: A multidisciplinary professional for industrial project oversight and management, ensuring compliance and optimizing outcomes. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with MS Project and AutoCAD2D The hired professional will perform, among others, the following activities: • Project oversight (monitoring, verification, and detailed analysis of activities and suppliers to ensure compliance with project scope, schedules, and company quality, safety, and governance standards; identifying risks and opportunities to ensure fulfillment of contracted scope and optimize outcomes); • Leading technical alignment meetings for ongoing activities with internal plant departments; • Supporting plant technical and administrative departments; • Measurement and budget control; • Management of third parties and suppliers (access authorization and documentation status management in SG3); • Issuing work permits (PTR) and preliminary risk analyses (APR); • Authorizing technical visits via the corporate portal; • Administrative and financial project management (CAPEX and OPEX); • Ensuring compliance with corporate regulations and safety standards; • Preparing spreadsheets, charts, PowerPoint presentations, and other general administrative tasks; Familiarity with occupational safety regulations (NR-10, NR-18, NR-33, NR-35); Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering or related fields; Experience with MS Project and AutoCAD2D; Minimum 3 years’ experience in administrative routines related to industrial projects; A multidisciplinary professional; Flexibility in working hours and availability to work on weekends; Willingness to travel; Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$7.500,00 – R$10.125,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
