




Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning routes, optimizing fleets, scheduling deliveries, monitoring trips, managing risks, and performing administrative tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Interface with customs broker for international documentation Scheduling Route pickups and deliveries; Ensure fleet optimization for maximum utilization; Schedule unloading time windows; Monitor trip progress via the tracking system; Interface with customs broker for international documentation; Risk Management Monitor installation and maintenance of tracking devices; Instruct drivers and internal customers on handling tracking equipment; Analyze Risk Management Plans for new contracts and identify critical service points; Monitor compliance with Risk Management Plans; Ensure, together with the Account Executive, that DDR letters are always up to date; Administrative Maintain KPI indicator spreadsheet; Verify tracker usage invoice; Process supplier payments, mileage reimbursement, and/or operational costs; Job Type: Temporary Compensation: R$2.000,00 - R$2.200,00 per month Work Location: On-site
