Apply problem-solving methodologies. **Job Mission:** Contribute to the development of medical-hospital device projects, seeking creative and effective solutions while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure excellence in design, manufacturing, and implementation of devices. **Requirements:** **Completed Bachelor's Degree:** Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields. **Behavioral Skills:** Innovation, creativity, teamwork, assertive communication, proactivity, productivity, interpersonal relationships, planning and organization, results orientation, critical analysis, focus on quality and customer. **Technical Skills:** Knowledge of engineering software (CAD/CAE, simulation, ERP, etc.) Desirable knowledge of biomedical materials (resin, titanium, PEEK, silicone, cobalt-chromium, polyethylene, and surgical cement). Knowledge of project management, feasibility analysis, and process improvement. Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality requirements. Proficiency in applying problem-solving methodologies (e.g., FMEA). Intermediate Spanish and English. **Experience:** 1–2 years of experience in product development projects or engineering activities. * Support the engineering team in technical and administrative activities of the department. * Prepare and update technical drawings, spreadsheets, and reports. * Manage control of technical documents and project records. * Monitor and support inspections, tests, and evaluations of products/processes. * Conduct field data collection and organize technical information. * Develop test protocols, validation, and processes. * Monitor usability studies. * Prepare risk management for products and processes. * Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of machines used in production. * Participate in qualification of machines and equipment, ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory requirements. * Support control of materials, equipment, and schedules related to engineering activities.
