




Job Summary: Professional responsible for monitoring and managing shipments, operational communication, customer service, and logistical performance analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Active customer support and rapid response in critical situations. * **Shipment Monitoring:** Real-time delivery tracking via systems such as Opentech and Buonny, creation of AEs and SMs as required, and verification of cargo location and integrity. * **Operational Communication:** Regular contact with drivers to update status, resolve operational issues, and align routes and deadlines. * **Incident Management:** Recording and analysis of operational deviations; preparation of incident reports containing strategic data for decision-making. * **Customer Service:** Proactive support in customer communications, providing accurate information regarding delivery timelines, incidents, and shipment conditions. * **System Updates:** Maintenance and data entry into tracking platforms with up-to-date information, ensuring data integrity and availability. * **Logistics Performance Analysis:** Monitoring of operational KPIs, identification of improvement opportunities, and support in preparing performance reports. * **Critical Situation Support:** Rapid and effective response in cases of loss, damage, or other logistics emergencies, focusing on minimizing impact.
