Logistics Operator

Description

Job Summary: Professional responsible for inventory control, product handling, unloading and loading, inventory counting, and management of critical materials. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory management and product handling 2. Use of forklifts for logistics operations 3. Control and inventory of raw materials and finished products Count the previous day's production output and enter the numbers into the respective tracking systems; Move finished products from production to storage, ensuring proper packaging and placement; Enter physical invoices for received items into the ERP system; Unload raw materials and load finished products; Operate forklifts for loading and unloading tasks; Conduct monthly inventory counts of raw materials, master items, and finished products, and report results to PCP (Production Control Planning) and Purchasing; Ensure availability of necessary supplies for forklift operation and request maintenance whenever required; Manage critical items (boxes, packaging materials, raw materials, and master items); trigger Kanban when minimum stock levels are reached and make these items available to production; Count ground materials and weigh sludge, then record data in reports; Perform other duties related to the position as assigned by the supervisor.
