In this context, we are seeking a Technical Sourcer to partner with various teams in developing strategies, processes, and initiatives related to talent acquisition. Below are some key responsibilities we expect you to perform: * Partner with tech recruiters and hiring managers to build effective and sustainable talent experience strategies; * Design and lead end-to-end engineering *hunting* processes—from detailed scope understanding, sourcing and outreach to *screening* of attracted candidates; * Identify, engage, and activate passive talent through *attraction* tactics, programmatic content, and close relationship-building to increase candidate volume; * Ensure positive candidate experience—including scheduling, feedback delivery, and supporting end-to-end recruitment pipeline management; * Contribute to sourcing and talent mapping initiatives; * Bring AI-driven ideas to improve our hunting practices. It is **essential** that you possess the following qualifications: * At least 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Talent Sourcing, actively contributing to technology recruitment; * Ability to prioritize, organize, and multitask—creating and managing multiple pipelines simultaneously for various roles; * Experience with sourcing practices that deliver short-term impact and high speed; * Clear, concise, and assertive communication skills. We also expect initiative, ownership mindset, and highly collaborative attitude.
