Here are some of the **main** responsibilities we expect you to carry out here: * Manage end-to-end technology recruitment processes, with focus on Engineering and AI; * Conduct behavioral interviews, evaluating both soft and hard skills; * Create, review, and optimize job descriptions, ensuring clarity, technical alignment, and employer branding impact; * Support hiring teams with market analyses, salary benchmarks, talent mapping insights, and technology trends; * Ensure quality and accuracy in managing recruitment data using Greenhouse ATS and dashboards for managerial reporting; * Act as an ambassador of Arco’s culture at every stage of the process, ensuring a welcoming, transparent, and high-performance candidate experience.
