We are seeking a **Talent Acquisition** professional with strong experience in attracting and selecting talents aligned with the organization's culture and purpose, ensuring business continuity and driving results. **Responsibilities** * Strategically engage in market best practices to prospect and attract top talent for each position; * Collaborate with area leadership to understand roles, requirements, and vacancy needs within the business context; * Map, monitor, and optimize the employee journey; * Structure and monitor onboarding and integration processes; * Manage all stages of the Recruitment & Selection process for client areas; * Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical and behavioral competencies; * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and status in the applicant tracking system. * Support culture and engagement initiatives; * Monitor KPIs and collaborate on metric analysis and reporting related to Talent Acquisition performance; Continuously pursue improvement and innovation in area processes, making them more efficient and aligned with organizational needs. * **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Solid experience in Talent Acquisition and Employee Journey; * Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Ability to work autonomously with a strong sense of responsibility; * Analytical profile with data- and results-oriented mindset. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in candidate hunting and mapping. **What We Offer:** * Meal/Voucher Allowance * Christmas Bonus * Daycare Assistance * Health and Dental Plans * Life Insurance * Group Life Insurance * Health and Wellness Program * TotalPass **Valeshop Values + You!** **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Gym allowance, Daycare assistance, Life insurance, Meal allowance, Food voucher, Transportation voucher
