In this role, you can make a difference through the following activities: Carry out labor routine tasks in compliance with current legislation. Monitor the recruitment and selection process and conduct onboarding. Vacation management Payroll reconciliation Monitor the occupational health and environmental risk program of the establishment. Organize and oversee the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA). Contribute to organizational climate through suggestions aimed at continuously improving internal relationships. Monitor labor litigation processes, providing necessary information. Experience with electronic and manual timekeeping systems is desirable. Knowledge of school HR is desirable. **To perform this role, you must have:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Human Resource Management; We seek individuals who believe in the power of education and the strength of human relationships.
