**Requirements:** \- Completed high school education; \- Prior experience in production area; \- Basic computer skills; \- Availability to work on the second shift; \- Availability to work on rotating schedules of 6 days on / 1 day off and 6 days on / 2 days off\. **Main Responsibilities** \- Meet defined performance parameters for each target, aiming for continuous improvement; \- Support production-related activities, including cleaning and other general services as needed; also assist with filling out and archiving physical records, completing electronic spreadsheets, and using available IT systems—thereby contributing to departmental organization and stability; \- Partial and general sanitation \[MARU B]: equipment opening and washing; verification of process standards prior to resuming production; \- The operator must perform tasks in accordance with existing Service Instructions, striving to maintain departmental indicators within established targets, thereby ensuring production process stability within defined parameters.
