Employee support and assistance Main Responsibilities: * Support in onboarding and offboarding processes (documentation, registrations, and contracts) * Electronic time tracking and calculation of overtime hours and medical certificates * Benefits management (transportation allowance, meal vouchers, etc.) * Assistance in payroll processing (vacation pay, 13th salary, and statutory charges), document organization, digitization, and archiving * Filling out and maintaining spreadsheets * Employee assistance and support for clarifying labor-related questions Requirements: * Prior experience in the Human Resources field Desired Profile: * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Strong interpersonal communication skills * Proactivity and sense of responsibility * Proficiency in administrative routines Bonus: * Experience in an accounting firm Compensation: R$1\.519,50 \- R$2\.409,27 per month Work Location: On-site
