Responsible for assisting in the execution of routine administrative tasks within the area of operation, including document digitization, tracking signature approvals for letters and electronic signatures, sending invoices for payment, external activities, and other related tasks, following established guidelines to support the leader in performing their duties. **Responsibilities and Duties** 1\) Assist in the execution of routine administrative tasks within the area of operation, including document digitization, tracking signature approvals for letters and electronic signatures, sending invoices for payment, external activities, and other related tasks, following established guidelines. 2\) Provide various administrative services related to floor maintenance and administration. 3\) Assist the secretary in administrative routines such as expense reporting, booking air tickets and accommodations, among others. 4\) Perform other related tasks of similar difficulty level within the area of operation, as requested. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed High School Education Hello, we are BAT Brazil!
