Job Summary: Responsible for managing and monitoring warranty processes at dealerships, ensuring compliance, loss reduction, and excellence in customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Technical and administrative support to the workshop team Job Objective Responsible for managing and monitoring the dealership's warranty processes, ensuring proper submission, analysis, and approval of warranty claims with the manufacturer, thereby guaranteeing compliance with regulations, financial loss reduction, and excellence in customer service. Key Responsibilities * Analyze and verify warranty processes for parts and services performed by the workshop; * Initiate, monitor, and finalize warranty processes with the manufacturer; * Validate documentation, service orders, technical reports, and required evidence; * Ensure procedures comply with factory/manufacturer policies; * Monitor submission and return deadlines for warranty claims; * Track rejection and rework rates for warranty processes; * Conduct internal audits of warranty processes; * Monitor return and storage of warranty parts; * Provide technical and administrative support to the workshop team and consultants; * Generate managerial reports and area performance indicators; * Maintain the warranty system and control files up to date; * Prevent financial losses related to improper or rejected processes. Educational Requirements * Completed high school education; * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Processes, or related fields is preferred. Experience * Prior experience at an automotive dealership; * Experience with automotive warranty processes is a strong advantage; * Familiarity with after-sales and workshop routines. Technical Knowledge * Knowledge of warranty systems and manufacturer warranty processes; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Strong analytical ability and document organization skills; * Basic understanding of automotive parts and services.
