Support in general administrative routines and document organization Main Responsibilities: * Provide customer service through telephone and digital channels (WhatsApp), ensuring speed, clarity, and excellence in communication. * Draft, review, and formalize contracts, ensuring compliance with company standards and guidelines. * Perform active and passive collections activities using e\-mail, WhatsApp, and telephone contact, focusing on credit recovery and maintaining customer relationships. * Issue and manage bank payment slips (boletos), monitor deadlines, and ensure correct availability to customers. * Manage physical and electronic correspondence, ensuring organization and traceability of communications. * Support general administrative routines, including document scanning, organization, archiving, and document control, as well as operational support to other departments.
