Ensure execution in accordance with company-established standards. * Greet patients at the clinic, both in person and by phone, providing agile and efficient service; * Clarify questions regarding services, pricing, and appointment hours, ensuring a positive experience; * Proactively and responsively engage with leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals; * Maintain updated patient records and track the lead conversion funnel—from initial contact through appointment scheduling—to ensure patient retention; * Ensure achievement of established targets; * Monitor and record reasons for non-conversion, where applicable, to inform strategic adjustments; * Manage consultation and follow-up schedules, optimizing time slots to avoid conflicts and reduce cancellations; * Confirm appointments in advance and monitor no-shows, rescheduling as necessary; * Record and update patient data in the clinic’s system; * Generate reports related to patient service, lead conversions, and patient satisfaction; * Assist in organizing documents and files related to patient service; * Support clinic promotional campaigns by contacting leads acquired via social media, advertisements, or events; * Reinforce the clinic’s service differentiators during all interactions.
