Appointment scheduling optimization and follow-up for patient retention Receive and welcome patients professionally and courteously, schedule and follow up on appointments, and execute strategic actions to convert leads into customers, thereby contributing to the clinic's growth and patient satisfaction. Ensure execution in accordance with company-established standards. * Receive patients at the clinic in person and by phone, providing prompt and efficient service; * Clarify questions regarding services, pricing, and appointment hours to ensure a positive experience; * Proactively and responsively engage with leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals; * Maintain updated patient records and monitor the lead conversion funnel—from initial contact through appointment scheduling—to ensure patient retention; * Ensure achievement of established targets; * Monitor and record reasons for non-conversion, where applicable, to support strategic adjustments; * Manage consultation and follow-up appointment schedules, optimizing time slots to avoid conflicts and reduce cancellations; * Confirm upcoming appointments in advance and track no-shows, rescheduling as necessary; * Record and update patient data in the clinic's system; * Generate reports related to patient service, lead conversions, and patient satisfaction; * Assist in organizing documents and files related to patient service; * Support clinic promotional campaigns by contacting leads acquired via social media, advertisements, or events; * Reinforce the clinic's service differentiators during all interactions.
