Basic financial control and administrative organization of the clinic. **Job Opening: Administrative and Patient Service Secretary – Institute of Health** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Make phone calls and follow-up contacts with patients, ensuring proximity and continuity of care; * Schedule medical and psychological consultations and treatment protocols; * Keep patients informed about appointment times, follow-ups, budgets, and prescription deliveries; * Organize and manage professionals’ schedules (psychologist, physician, and technical team); * Perform basic financial control (accounts payable and receivable, receipt verification, and simple reconciliation); * Manage document flow: blue and yellow prescriptions, powers of attorney, reports, and protocols. **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Education:** Currently pursuing undergraduate degree in Administration, Business Management, or related fields (preferred); * **Digital Skills:** Proficiency with digital tools (E\-mail, WhatsApp, Google Drive, spreadsheets).
